Are you looking for a way to motivate your high school students to WANT to participate in lessons? If so, then SMART Board for High School is for you. Combining the simplicity of a whiteboard with the power of a computer, the SMART Board interactive whiteboard engages students and audiences. The touch-sensitive board connects to the computer and digital projector to show an interactive display of the computer; the computer applications may be controlled directly from the display. Best of all, the full-featured SMART Board interactive whiteboard is incredibly easy to use. If you can use a computer, you can use a SMART Board interactive whiteboard. In this workshop we will explore the basic operation and care, how to find online resources, and how to incorporate the SMART Board in the classroom while focusing on the Louisiana Benchmarks and Standards. Participants earn 2 CLUs and 2 Tech Points for this completion of this class.
